This chain is MINT. You have the super classic belcher links, great, but they are interspersed with twisted paperclip links, which takes it from a classic chain, to a slightly fancy chain, which is still utterly wearable. A great length for layering, and we have a dog clip (which is a later vintage addition) which not only just looks cool, but can be used to clip on something gorgeous.
The gold is that land I can’t lovely mellow colour you get with antique 9ct, and I can’t stress enough what great condition it is in. It is also a fantastic price, which is going to make all my other chains look expensive in comparison, but I bought it very well, and happy to pass that on.
