Antique White Opal Station Chain
This is so pretty, so elegant, a super lovely piece of jewellery. It really is! As often is the case with white opals, I have really struggled to capture the colours! Sometimes they can look a bit milky, then POW! You’re getting flashes of red (lots of red and pink), greens and blues. Magical. It’s a shorter length, so will sit above anything else you want to mix it with, or just rock it alone. There is quite a lot of opal in this chain, it’s perfect for October babies, or just anyone with excellent taste and a love for mysterious flashes of colour!
Era
Circa 1890 (later clasp)
Material
9ct yellow gold (tested) and white opal
Measurements
15.5’’ long, opals approx 9.5 × 6mm
Weight
4 grams
Condition
Great antique condition, the opals are gorgeous, no crazing, but there are a couple of beads with minor chips around the holes, please check the photos
