Beautiful Art Deco Rose Gold Bracelet
Oh my goodness this bracelet is beautiful. So elegant and handsome, and smooth and tactile, so much going on. And yet this is not a shouty piece. It’s incredibly elegant, and certainly not something I come across every day.
Incredibly comfortable to wear, the integrated clasp is so neat and tidy, it works perfectly, but we have a safety chain just in case. Never a bad thing with a piece as gorgeous as this.
The warm gold has a glorious softness, something that is obtained over all the years it has been worn and loved, it’s just stunning in every way. The long oval links appear to be woven with straight links through the middle, a contrast of edges and curves, so clever, yet so wearable, just what we like. Wear alone or stack her, she’s a beauty who is as fresh as the day she was made.
Era
Circa 1930
Material
9ct gold
Hallmarks
Stamped 9 on the underside of the clasp (a lovely lozenge with a sort of dot on one side contains the 9, I have never seen this before)
Measurements
8’’ long (20.5cm), links 12mm wide (can be shortened for a small fee, just ask)
Weight
21.5 grams
Condition
Excellent, there is a little light surface scratching commensurate with age, and one tiny ding on the clasp link
