An anchor was one of the first ever pieces of stock I bought for this business. They symbolise hope, and I thought that was appropriate for a new venture! This anchor is very handsome indeed, and about 7 times heavier than the first one I ever bought (and the heaviest of any I have bought!). It’s a real handsome beast, but modelled really nicely.
Not only does the anchor traditionally signify hope, but it is fouled, meaning the rope is twisted around it. This represents trials and tribulations, and difficulties we must overcome in life. This gorgeous piece looks amazing on a heavier chain that will compliment its fabulous size. It has a lovely chunky bale, begging for a dog clip or jump ring to connect it to something gorgeous!
