An adorable little gem! The central amethyst heart is just the prettiest colour, bezel set in gold and framed with a tiny seed pearl border that forms the witch’s heart. It’s the slightly asymmetric shape that makes this a ‘witch’s’ heart; popular in Victorian & Georgian jewellery, the piece is said to ‘bewitch’ the receiver of the jewel. Less to do with the dark arts, just super sentimental!
