How amazing is this?! Created from little pieces of opal, to form the prettiest pendant, absolutely bursting with vibrant colour. Each shard has been carefully positioned, and what I find particularly clever is that the curves and shape of the two parts aren’t disturbed. We have a perfect sphere and a perfect tear drop, how do they do that??!
If you love opal, but can’t stretch to the prices of larger specimens, then this pendant is perfect. All the play of colour (reds, blues, greens, pinks and oranges), without the price tag. The dark base colour of the pendant really shows off the opals, which will always look best on a dark background. It’s a pretty spectacular pendant, for a fraction on the price of a comparatively sized single opal.
