I can’t remember the last time I bought a platinum piece, but I just love this ring! It’s so clean and neat and cool, quite frankly the perfect stacker/wedding band/pinky ring/just because ring, it’s fab. With a curved profile, the tiny brilliant cuts are grain set within a channel, really protected. I would wear this ring stacked with yellow gold, you can’t beat mixed metals in my humble opinion. It’s a fantastic classic half eternity ring that will look fresh for years and years to come. I will always maintain that platinum is superior to white gold, as a quick polish will make it look like new again (if desired) rather than the need to rhodium plate, which is what white gold requires.
1985
Platinum and diamond
Fully hallmarked for platinum with London date letter for 1985
J.5 (UK) 5 (US). 3.5mm wide
2.8 grams
Excellent. Light surface scratching to the platinum commensurate with age
